Somewhat restrictive name for the niche it's in (as most ghosts aren't poltergiests), but it's a solid name with an interested market. Many of the people who would be interested in the name would probably spell it wrong.
I have no clue on a sale price though. If you ever are looking to get rid of it, let me know, as I do pick up names in that niche area. Otherwise I'd say hold and see what develops.
