Pool caught IHH.COM today. I'm in the bidding, there's 136 potential bidders.

Wish I had the $$ to put a good bid in!

What do you think it will take to get this name?

-=DCG=-

I don't know, but the list of bidders is long. Here are the bidders. As I say, I"m in there too. If I had to guess, I say it ends at $3200.

It could go to 10k.

I doubt it breaks $5k, and if it does, not by much.

I doubt your right, and by much.

Yeah, I gave up on guessing "which way" or "how much" years ago. Judging from the junk domains I sold this month alone for nearly $10k, there's no guessing people. But this one's pretty clear cut, it's a LLL.com but the potential end users are not many IMHO, and the bidders are gonna want a steal. Money's tight for many too.

One thing's for sure, we'll see what happens.

How long have you been waiting to squeeze that into a sentence...

I just made it up on the fly. My point is that there's no knowing how someone may value something. I wasn't bragging. The market seems to be firming though. So, Poker, how much you gonna bid for the IHH.com auction? I put down a bid of $200. But it already went higher!

A 3-letter .com with a creation date of 2011? Now that's fresh :D I'd much rather get one with "worse" letters and a creation date in the early/mid 90's.

these domains always go for more on the drop than if they were to sell on the board. i'd say 8500 or so.

Not going to 10k myself, but i do think it will get there.

It's a deleted domain, correct? Those that get to high ranges are not.

Yikes, seems nuts. And then a 12-year wait until the enduser comes along to buy it from you.

if the enduser in 12 years, pays the right price, it is worth holding on for it that long. Long term investment.

That's true I suppose.. I'm not thrilled with the letter combination though. Check archive.org for what the site was, seems it was a humanitarian organization. They could have sold the domain and donated the money from the proceeds to the needy.

In the meantime, to the domainer that winds up with it, maybe IHH can stand for "I Hold Here".
