Pool.com Question... What's going on?

Ok seriously, is Pool.com still and ongoing concern when it comes to backordering these days?

I have placed hundreds of backorders past I would say 2 years and they have not caught a SINGLE one... not 1.

Snapnames and Namejets have been great for me... hell I've even gotten better results with Domain Monster and even Godaddy! Yes Godaddy!

Jeezuz, no joke, I thought they went under or were taken over about 4 years back

Not been on there for 5 years or more when I had a suspicion I was being f****d.

Either way, its bad management from them as they MUST have my email and I have never received a marketing update from them. Now, that's just bad business.
