Once again Pool catches me a top domain, and then registers it thru some crap company.

Anybody ever dealt with www.psi-usa.info ?

It's one of those places that THEY have to change any info you request instead me having any access to it... what a crappy deal.

Paid good money for a domain that I can't even administer to the damn dns :dead:

yes. i've had that happen many times.

only thing to do is wait 90 days then transfer it the hell out of there, if they respond to the transfer notice.

Definately agree. It should almost be illegal. It's like buying a house, and not being able to go into, or work on it.

Exactly. I refuse to get any more names through Pool because of their no-name registrars that steal the names you pay for. I had this happen to one name. The registrar

1) Would not let me transfer out at all.
2) Let my name expire AFTER I paid to renew it. My card was charged and everything. Unbelievable!

You're right, it most definitely should be ILLEGAL!

Wow, that's terrible. I surely hope I don't have a similar situation. I paid a lot for my domain ;0(

Yes, I have heard of PSI USA and PSI Japan. Communication with them seemed to be OK.

That is bad! how did you solve it? If your domain worth of cash, you should file them a complaint.. DRAG THEM DOWN :approve:

two words.... Bend Over!

Next time you will look at the whois before bidding.

Let's create a "black list" for bad pool registrars.
Please send me a list of registrars if you have had bad experiences for the list.
