For Sale Pool: expiry dates wrong?

Is it common that Pool gets the deletion dates that wrong:

Their domain status says:
Domain deletes on: 2004.04.23

But it's pending - will they try to catch it today?

Status: PENDINGDELETE
Updated Date: 12-sep-2003
Creation Date: 23-apr-1999
Expiration Date: 23-apr-2004

Alot of registrars show whois like that because ....

Expiration Date: on 23-apr-2003 the registry instantly extended the domain until 23-apr-2004 then registrar did not receive payment from the registrant - so the domain was deleted. If the Creation Date shows 2004 as well - then the domain was renewed.

But all domains that show PENDINGDELETE will delete

it will be deleted today 18th if its a .com .net

Ok, Pool.com caught the for me. I was just unsure if they really know that it dropped today.
