For Sale Pool Login Problems

All of a sudden I cannot login to pool. My password was saved on my system so I know the login information was correct. I even emailed the password to myself and I still get a login error. Did they get pissed of at me because of the "survey" and disable my account? Anyone else having problems? :-(

Well I will keep trying before I come to any additional conclusions.

Says "Login Failure." yet it still emailed me my password.

I'm back in business after a quick email to the support staff. They verified the account was indeed on-hold. The reason for this was unclear to the support person so they have reactivated again. :-D Problem is the sealed bid auction is now over.....
