For Sale Pool/registrar being slow to transfer name?

Hi Guys,
I won a domain off Pool on Sept. 28th, they said it would take anywhere from 24-48 hours for registrar to send me information. After 3 days I emailed them, said it typically takes 72 hours. Couple days later (now) I'm here with no domain name, no replies to support emails yet.

The registrar is domainstobeseen.com, anyone know why they're slow or is this how it always is?

72 hours if your lucky, it can take over a week with pool registrars.

But, do a whois search on 2AH.com

I paid for it in May. I complain to them often.

And, it is still in Pool's name.

They assure me everytime I complain that it will be resolved
today.

The good news. This is the worst one of my "whois" problems
with Pool/Namescout.

Wow, they've been holding your name for quite a while now, I wonder why? Months of holding it isn't acceptable. You should put some more pressure on them.

It took almost 5 months. Today, they put it in my name.

Wow thats retarded guys, Pool and Domainstobeseen aren't responding to my emails either. Whats their problem with giving us our names? Maybe they're holding them so they can eat up the traffic through their PPC program...


* WTF, I just called Domainstobeseen's 1-800 number, got to the technical support guy and he just friggin hung up after I said "Pool".What an unprofessional, amateur business...

I suppose there could have been a lapse in the system.

Furthermore, DomainsToBeseen.com's website isn't even functioning properly. Whois doesnt work, registration doesnt work. Wow, if I ever get my domain I'm transferring out of there asap.
