If I wanted to add popups to a site, what are some of the options that I can get paid on a per ads basis. Thanks in advance.

Instead of popups I'd recommend using popunders.

It really depends on the content and size of your site. Some networks are very picky on who they let in, like casalemedia, burst and fastclick.

For smaller sites, paypopup would be an option, although they really shave your visitor count.

Stay away from the popuptraffic.com scumbags.

Fastclick and Tribalfusion are good if your site qualifies.
