Portland.org sells for $9,999 on Sedo. Ok, I don't follow the .org geo namespace much this seems to me like a really really good BUY. What's your take?

.org has always seemed to be the "trusting" extension in my eyes. When I see portland.org, I think of a charitable organization. When I see portland.com I'm thinking commercial site, trying to take my money. :smilewinkgrin:Maybe it is a good buy if you can find another buyer to flip to.
But .com is not only one of the best investments (in the domain industry), it is also one of the safest. So why wander off to .org if the .com is proven and much more successful.
I was wondering the same thing.I'm not sure how good it works for geo
Thank you for your comments re: Portland.org.
Please look for this name in the Live Auction in the upcoming Las Vegas TRAFFIC. Being featured with a very low reserve.
When I think of Portland.Org, I think of Portland.Oregon :approve:
