www.counters.cc might be for sale if I get a good offer, since I want to develop another website and need to invest quite some money into it.

The website is a PR7, there are no paid inbound links, only 2 link exchanges.
Traffic is on average ~5500/uniques/month

There are currently 2800+ users, but not all of them are active users. I expect 30-35% of the accounts to be 'active' (i.e. placed on live websites).

The site uses monthly about 3.5 gigs traffic.

As for profit - text link income is rather low (low-mid $XX/m), but text links are profitable. I am sellings text links for high $XX/month/each.

I'm open for offers, but at least in the $xxxx range.

Some frequently asked questions :

There are two outbound links to pagerank.net & freshtutorials.com - which have been on the site almost from the beginning. These links are link exchanges, so they link back to counters.cc
It's up to the buyer to decide if the links will be kept, but I advise to do so.

All other links can be removed and replaced for other sites.

The pagerank has been steady [pr7] for about 6 months now.

As for the links : There are two link exchanges on counters.cc

One with pagerank.net and one with freshtutorials.com - you can keep those links up as long as the webmasters of above mentioned sites agree on that.

For all the other inbound links, it is linked from a couple of my websites like 4thavenue.net/dvd5.com and dvdshark.com

I will keep those links up for at least 6 months linking to counters.cc

Could you please confirm if you would like to make the $4100 bid ?
