Well definetly too long but it has a ring to it. I personally liked the name but I dont' think it would be worth more then low to mid $xx without some sort of development.

One thing I do take into account when registering 3 or more word names is "how many syllables."

In this case, four. Equal or less than many one worders out there.

YES. development is the key.

As a standalone domain, I think it has only end-user develop. As a fully featured forum/rss feed developed, it could easily have low $x,xxx value. I say develop it.
