Registered this to develop a Pirates of the Carribean 5 site, wondered if its worth anything.

It has a very small window of value that hasn't opened yet- even at the right moment, it is limited by the fear that copyright/trademark issues could take it down any time.
If you develop it, it could be a decent fan site, but you won't be able to monetize without risking trouble. POTC 4 get about 2,900 exact match searches right now - whoever owns that one should have already got a site up if they were going to capitalize.

At the peak value, you might find a fan that will go mid to high XXX.

Short shelf life, don't play around too much if you get an offer.
