Hi all, just yesterday I contacted as many casino site admin contacts I could find via whois regarding selling my domain "casino25.com".

I've already had 2 responses asking me roughly how much i'm looking for. Trouble is, I have no idea on what price to start with as I dont want to scare them away or on the other hand sell myself short. Any quick advice on a ballpark figure? (the 2 responses are from MAJOR online casino businesses).

Less than $500 if you want a sale, anything higher and you'll lose them.

imo, you should have an idea of the price you want, before trying to sell it.

i could see if you we contacted "out of the blue" and had no idea, but if you're spamming whois, you should have price range in mind.

that being said, if there is no traffic or revenue...ask for $2500.00

not saying it's worth that much or more, but i'd have to know about stats.

If there major casinos then I would ask for way more than $500. In my experience these big companies if you say $500 they will think its devalued any value they thought it was worth. Remember these firms make tens of thousands a day and are investing in something they assume will make tens of thousands a day. I would go in at $5k and see what they say - they will respect you more IMO iof you think it has some real value rather than $500 (what happens if they start negotiating down - hardly worth your while).
