I got it myself in hands 2 days ago,
(in change for a project i will develop for him)

It has an amazon affilate script.
(you need to get the key yourself)

It has been online nearly a year,

income from that was 150 dollar a quarter.(i havent verified it as i know the guy where i got it from)
Adsense i havent tracked it yet as i just changed the site 2 days ago.

I was thinking to develop it myself but i really dont have the time or motivation for it.

register is godaddy.

Stats i dont have at the moment.
Im sure you "educated buyers" can study it.

Please provide traffic stats. Without traffic details it will be difficult to estimate the potential income of this site.

i wish i could provide more stats nut i cant allthough the stats for yesterday where seen through awstats are the next:

Just for clarificatication can you guys enlighten me,...As I've learned, PR5 means nothing in the big scheme of things as I am told every time I try and sell a pr5...

For 20 unqiues a day and no income stats its not worth 2k is it?
Or am I wrong?

I am not dissing this thread only learning myself..

If anything I love the site and it would work well with my other sites!

actually that was the first day( as i moved it that day so those stats where actually for some hours

the stats for 1 and 2 april where:
1 968 30.07% 663 31.10% 53 28.49% 37 28.68% 79 37.44% 9279 33.33%
2 1644 51.07% 1088 51.03% 92 49.46% 58 44.96% 80 37.91% 14268 51.25%

the adsense revenue for those days where 22 ct and 70 cts respectively
