Alexa rank is just a guide and does not represent the real visit count. You must gather visit statistical data from a domain revenue parking program to see real visit count and PPC revenue if there's any. From there some buyers and sellers base how much they offer or how much to expect. And as per forum rule, you must post a screenshot of traffic + revenue (if any), or your sales thread will be deleted.
