PR Rating?

call this a newbie questions yes. but how do i figure out a pr rating?

i have heard that you use the google toolbar but i use opera and dont want to use IE to calculate it.... is thera another way?

http://www.pagerank.net is another good one. There are some other useful search engine tools on there aswell.
