It is the first one over Google serach for : "Forum Post Exchange".

Starting a new forum can prove to be a very difficult task.
Users visiting a forum are very likely to hit the back button on a dead or empty forum.
The goal here at Forum Post Exchange is to assist fellow forum administrators by avoiding the back button and grow there forum into a viable community.
This website is very unique. I but it a few weeks ago but have too many projects and not anough time to advertise it.
If you have time and skill for that website, it could become a real cash cow for you.
Revenue Details:
No adsenses but Mod existe to include them.
