I took over www.plentyofgames.com a few weeks ago (via this very forum), but I'd like to sell it.
Its currently a PR3, predicted PR4/5 -- get different results on the different prediction sites though. It seems to be OK at Google / MSN for different search results, although I'm new-ish to all this and could be wrong (but I'm not stoopid so no trying to pull the wool over my eyes!)
From being very quiet, I've kicked it into shape and its growing steadily, and you can see an AWStats screen shot here
It now has 200 registered members, with up to 10 new signups per day (although that varies)
The domain is at Namecheap and expires 11th August 2006.
The site uses GSS (www.gamesitescript.com) and the licence is easily and legally transferrable to the new owner.
I've tried Adsense with poor results (no revenue to speak of) and I'm currently running Right Media .. no major results yet (less than $5 in a couple of weeks). I'm sure that, in the right hands, it could make some $$
I'm open to reasonable offers on this, and I'll start the bidding at $125 ..
I'm not desperate to sell, and won't take a loss on it
.. the site is growing so it's probably in my interest to keep it - but my 'better half' is giving me earache over some boring real-life bills that need paying :greensleep:
Hosting is CPanel.
Payment is by Paypal please.
I think I've covered everything in my first 'for sale' post -- please correct me if I've missed anything.
Edit: I've just removed all the Right Media popups / unders etc., and it's all Adsense now.
