Hello everyone. I am looking to sell a nightclub website of mine which I started but never decided to fully develop. The site is ClubNight.us
I started the site to help promote some DJ friend's of mine and haven't really touched it since I put it up and got links pointing to it. The OVT for the keyphrase "night club" is 1,261,811...Here is some more info on the site:

Unfortuanitly I never added any type of adsense to the site. I did add a couple banner's for "free ps3" and things like that through my sponsor xy7 but never made more than a few bucks. Basically I am looking to get rid of this since I have no time to work on it. If you'd like a side project to work on that already has traffic coming in this would be a great project for you!
BIN is set at only $60
If you want I can transfer all file's to your server for an extra $20. Otherwise, you will receive cpanel login info and ftp info to transfer file's yourself.
