Offers PR3 Website with Large Fanbase and Adsense Revenue

Hi,

I'm looking to sell my site www.ronaldinho-uk.com but am not really sure how much it is worth.

I have been running it for two years now. So far this year it has made $6500 through Adsense - this is without advertising. It's highest paying month has been June in which it made $1300.

It's page rank is 3 and has high rankings on Google for major search terms. For "ronaldinho" its rank fluctuates between the 1st and 2nd page; "ronaldinho videos" is 1st page; and "ronaldinho images" and "ronaldinho forum" rank number 1 on the 1st page.

This year it has averaged 35 000 unique visitors a month.

My forum currently has about 2600 members and about 15 000 posts.

I also own the domain www.ronaldinhouk.com and would inlude that in the sale.

Please give me any sort of feedback as to how much you think my site is worth. Offers will also be considered.
