I am reluctantly selling my directory site because I am in need of funds.

The site is running phpLD v3.1 with a custom design (paid $200 for it). All categories have a custom meta description written by me.
I had big planes for this directory and have devoted a lot of time bulding it and adding new features to it. Unfortunalt my personal situation in life has taken a u-turn and I have no other choice but to sell.
There is a seperate Article Directory that is using the "ArticleLive Content Management System". This software cost: $239
I have not had time to do anything with the article directory side of the site other than to install the ArticleLive software. My plan was to integrate ArticleLive with the design of the site.

You could continue to run the site as it is, but with a little more work like getting the article directory up, the potential for this directory site is really great.
