I am looking to sell one of my poker player fan sites.
The site gets about 200-300 uniques/month and makes money via adsense and promoting the players online poker room. The revenue from adsense is at most ~$10/mo ( a total of $47.15 ), but the revenue is mostly from promoting the online poker room. I have had 91 signups and 26 conversions from the site. You can choose to take $25 per conversion or a percentage of the rake. I chose the rake option and have made ~$100/mo. for a total of $663 to date. The site has been up since Feb 2006 and most all traffic is from SE's.

I am willing to be flexible on the price. The site has made almost exactly $710 in the eight months it has been up, and I will sell below that price giving you a deal that will be less than the standard 8-10 mo. rev. I will take offers around 5 mo. rev.
