Hello George,

1. How much do you pay out in commissions per month?
As the TOS states ( http://www.ceint.com/tos.htm #13 ) the minimum
commission payout amount is $100 USD. As about 34% of the paid
customers in CE-INT is referred by CE-INT itself, commission payouts
is not much. Once every 2nd month there may be a payout request for
approx. $100 USD.

In the last 3 months, there has been only 1 commission payout request
where the amount was $106 USD.

2. How many unique visitors per month does the site get?
Average is 60,000-100,000 uniqe visitors per month.

3. Where did you do most of your paid advertising?
We've done some google adwords advertising and text link advertising
on high PR sites. As this is a business that focus on affiliate
marketing, much of the advertising is done by the customers / affiliates.

4. When did your first customer sign up (basically, how long has the site been up taking paid clients)?
4 years ago.

5. What software is used to track commissions?
The Website Replicator.

1. How are the hosting accounts set up? Is it automated?
2. Of the 87 paid customers how many are directly under you (not under an affiliate). This is the 60% number, right?
3. How many affiliates have downline? ( a complete breakdown would be most helpful to understand the potential for long-term marketing of downline).


Also, to clarify my previous post's second question:
How many people sign up every month and how many people quit every month. How long does the average person stay with the program?
The answers I'm looking for would be phrased like the following:
April signups = xxx, April cancelations = xxx
March signups = xxx, March cancelations = xxx,
Feb... (just 3 months would be fine).
The average customer stays xxx months (xxx customers have been with us over xxx months).

That kind of info would be most helpful in understanding this highly unique website business.

ANSWER: When a paid customer pay's and register for ceint.com he is sent a welcome letter that contains his/her username and password to the members only area. Once inside the members only area, the customer can request to have the hosting account created by filling out a form.

When the form is filled out, I receive the request and manually setup the hosting account in cPanel.

There are about 20 paid customers or so that have yet to request their hosting account and these are in the business for the money. So the CE-INT business attracts people looking for webhosting as well as people looking to make money online working from home.

2. Of the 87 paid customers how many are directly under you (not under an affiliate). This is the 60% number, right?

ANSWER: The corporate account has 530 people on level 1 (direct signups).
Paid customers: 29
Free affiliates: 501

I was wrong about the 60%, more like 33.33%

ANSWER: 20 of the paid customers have a downline. I will send a breakdown by PM.

It's been about 6 weeks since I have contacted the free affilites and encouraged them to upgrade to become a paid customers.
