Offers PR6 Business News website 45k unique visitors

Hi all,
I have a business news website that has been running for about the last year or so, it gets 45,000 unique visitors per month (100k page views), and has a Google page rank of 6.

At the moment it doesnt have any advertising etc, as I ran it for a hobby.

I'd be interested in knowing what people think it would be worth.

For a number of reasons I dont what to give out the domain names, but its a .com, and is unique.

Id be selling the entire site, including content etc.

Sorry, forgot to mention, all the traffic is from search engines (mostly Google and MSN), Ive not advertised the site anywhere.

Obviously with a little effort the traffic could be vastly increased.

It's real odd why this happens so much at dnf where the seller does not respond with posts or even by PM. Also strange how you can list a developed site for sale without the url? Him saying its a unique com means nothing. What's the big secret anyway?
