Page rank will be nulled! With the quality of back links like these (ten in total, and only two of them are PR5 from one site and the rest are NA), this domain can't possibly have the PR6 for real. Even your service says this:
Pagerank seems to be forged!
PR of this site is faked. The domain's price is 15$. No more:-/

If you read it correctly you would see its valid when used with 'www' so the PR is not fake. The domain got its PR from links that were valid, to say its fake is incorrect, you should check your facts before posting incorrect information and damaging another posters sale.

Are you saying that 2 links from PR7 site and 8 links N/A can give you a PR6? That is untrue. Even the service you posted says that with or without "www" PR seems to be forged. All the other domain services that check the domain's parameters claim the same. My personal experience tells me the PR is a fake. So, I've checked my information before posting. In case you objectively prove I'm wrong and give me the obvious proof, I will publicly apologize!
I'm not trying to damage your sale, just sharing my opinion with community.
Also, in August atfter the PR update by Google, this site's PR will be maximum 3(or even less), unless you place more links within the next one or two weeks.
For it's a fact that Google doesn't count the back-links placed approx. a month before the update. Current toolbar PR might be 6, but the real one is evidently less. I've drawn this conclusion after analyzing your back-links.

this is a valid pr6 domain, but it might lose its pr after next update, or it might not. check here too

I've had sites go to pr6 from just one pr7 link, so that's quite possible.

Gvido, the domain is clearly valid with 'www', the fact it is not valid without it is irrelevant, its just a reflection that the sites linking in point to the 'www' version of the domain.

All tools show the domain as valid, if you type 'info : DOMAINNAME' (without the spaces) into Google the correct site is returned so its not been forwarded, the links coming into the site were not made by me, they are real historic links that have given the site a genuine PR6.

Why on earth you continue to try and damage my sale is beyond me, when all the ways possible of confirming its a real PR6 show that it is, and other respected posters above have confirmed its a real PR6.

The domains PR is genuine, yes it may change at the next update but that is true of absolutely any domain at all, all we know about this domain is its a genuine PR6 right now and has links to back it up.

Why you have chosen my sale to attack I don't know, but I guess its put paid to my chances of selling it on this board, so thanks for that.

Your argumentation is still the same & unconvincing. My point is I don't see why anyone should buy a domain with that price, with PR falling to 2 or 3 in a month. I still think it's 15 usd worth.

You may not see why people should pay that price for the domain, but that's your personal opinion, and not a reason to post on this thread. I have sold many other valid and genuine PR6 domains like this one all for around the same price, so other people are obviously happy to pay that price, maybe you should keep your opinion to yourself instead of trashing other peoples sales, its incredibly unprofessional and leaves you with little credibility.
