gt, parking a domain with sedo, domainsponsor or domainhop will definitely kill the pagerank and it is not recommended because google knows about them and doesnt like the forwarding... but parking the domain with fabulous, hitfarm, trafficz, etc.. the pagerank will be just fine because the domain has it's own physical hosting and not a banned url such as landing.domainsponsor.com sedo.com etc.. which it is forwarded to'
