Engine running the website: RED RIBBON ENGINE
This is the same engine that I used to run www.sg-web-design.com
These ARE NOT turn-key sites. Each website will get it's own custom design and ONLY 1 website is permitted for EACH theme. For e.g., I will not use RED RIBBON ENGINE on another sports related website. The engine will also NOT be used on any sites related to gambling, porno or profanity.

Hint on site assessment:
I wouldn't look at anything less than $xxx range. The custom engine and design is already worth $xxx. Each site will get it's own custom design. It's DIFFERENT from the ordinary Article directory. I've highlighted some hints in bold in the above feature list that's going to bring in the dough for you. In 6 months time, if you do it right, each of these sites can be worth $x,xxx EASILY. Don't take my word for it...talk to someone who knows how to monetize the site.
A huge chunk of the work has been done. Here's what's left for the buyer to do:
1) Promote those sites (it helps if the buyer is good at promoting the sites)
2) Monetize in 3-6 mths (or longer)
