Please appraise "PreFabHouses.net", PreFabHouses.org", "PreFabHouses.info".

This is the NEXT REAL ESTATE BOOM market product!

It's currently being marketed to show that it's LESS EXPENSIVE to get the NEW house you want when compared to building houses the old-fashion on-site brick-by-brick traditional way. It arrives to the property nearly completed! (haven't you seen these houses being transported on the highway?)

Create this as an 'industry' website that lists Pre Fab Builders by state/city, similar to RealEstate.com.

These 'PreFabHouses' domains are also for sale:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
PreFabHouses.ws
PreFabHouses.biz (BUYERS: Pick a builder & Pay your deposit online!)
PreFabHouses.us
PreFabHouses.tv (SHOW footage of various houses and housing developments - they look GREAT!)
PreFabHouses.name
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

These domains are parked and have a description on the 'Offer' pages.

Thanks in advance.

Your thread here looks more like a sales thread than appraisal thread, but here's my take:

-PreFab is all the rage, especially modern prefab
-I own a number of modular home/prefab domains myself
-Traffic on these domains is limited now, but the topic is becoming more popular
-as non-.coms, your value is limited at this time

I disagree with people advertising prefab to be cheaper than site built homes. They usually use a crazy architects fee like 15% to show that you save money with prefab. I do, however, agree that PreFab homes are usually higher quality than site built.

Thanks for your reply, austinandrew.

I had those others there because I've seen in various forums where someone says, in essence, it is better to market 'xxx' TLD for that name instead of 'yyy' TLD. I believe that is valuable info.

Regarding your assessment, GREAT feedback! Thanks SO very much!

Much obliged :)
