Well before you start speculating can you show me a trademark for the term premiership pls? Premiership is obviously a very generic term.

They could easily get this domain any time.

They took that domain on the basis it offered ILLEGAL P2P and PAYED transmissions of Premier League matches!!! You are mixing apples and pears...
