Please rest assured this isn't some joke, and there is no catch. My time and dedication is related to non-adult industries. This adult project of mine STARTED after I acquired adultgames.net. The idea wasn't first developed, then the domain acquired. Adultgames.net is a premium .net, so the investment was there even if I didn't try and develop a website.

Adult gaming is growing, and I have no interest in the porn business. You can see from my lack of updates on adultgamesblog.com, that I don't have the motivation to "keep at it".

I'm extremely active in the webmaster community, and will offer my complete business plan related to this site through chat (AIM/ICQ/MSN). Currently, I have only completed 2 reviews of interactive porn games. I am generating over $700+/month for the past 3 months, with around $160 in advertising costs.

The re-bills associated with this are insane... 50% for life.

The price for both the adultgames.net domain, and my already developed adultgamesblog.com is $13,000 via Escrow.com.

Included will be personal PayPal transactions sent to you for my re-bills for the next 3 months.

My Rebills for the past 3 months:

December- $232 from 18 rebills
January- $304.54 from 23 rebills
As of Feb 23rd - $222.14 from 18 rebills (Feb will pass Dec, maybe Jan)

Hold on... Your title is misleading.. You're not making $700.00 a month, you're making a an avg of 252+ a month

No I'm sorry... I was only pasting the rebill revenue from AdultGamesBlog.

The site is making over $700 a month, before the AdWords PPC costs, which are almost exactly $160 each month.

My asking price is based on the value of adultgames.net, the revenue from AdultGamesBlog which is VERY stable (as its from PPC), and the potential business plan associated with AdultGamesBlog which I'll explain in detail to the buyer. I have complete confidence in this plan, just no desire to be involved with the adult business. I can include a global PR6 link (which it currently has) for a few months based on our agreement from a massive adult humor site.
