closed Premium for having a pair of LLL.tlds

Lets say I have an LLL.com - worth $2000, and the same letters LLL.org - worth $200. Would the combined value be $2200, or would there be a premium paid for selling both as a package?

I'd rather not say just yet - I'm in the process of acquiring it myself with a view to reselling. Let's say the first two letters are premium and the last is lower quality (qzxy).

As a pair, the price, especially to an end user, would have to be more than the sum of the two. I don't know how much, but I would pay more.
I would imagine owning all 3 (.com, .org and .net) would allow you to really command a premium price.
