I think it's a solid two-word premium .com

Quick is very popular adjective and management is excellent noun.

I would not call it premium no. A two word premium would be something like "To Go" or something equally short. Usually a premium is a short commonly used one word domain.

Hi

No, it is not a premium domain.
why?

the terms don't fit together for management category or for quick category.

examples like:
quickloan.com or managementtools, would be considered as premium domains for both categories.

Hi

your rationale isn't logical, as an applicable thought process for analysing quality of a domain.

you can't just stick two words together based on seperate variables, and not consider the applicability of the domain as a whole, to a perceiver.

imo....
