Update >> $5500 BIN
We are now offering NewFlats.com for sale. This is a sale of the premium domain name with or without content. The name relates to the development of city flats ââ¬â commonly used term in the UK, Australia and around the world. Future potential to increase in value considerably as city living becomes more popular and currently attracts traffic from UK construction companies and members of the public.
So far, no property development companies have been contacted with regards to selling the domain name whatsoever, but I will be doing this myself if there is no successful sale here. Therefore this is something that people can do themselves for resale profit if they wish. The low asking price is about the same as a developer would pay for a small bathroom in a brand new city flat - this is a fantastic marketing tool for them and Iââ¬â¢m confident they would pay a large amount for this name if someone contacted them successfully.
Stats
150+ uniques a day ââ¬â equivalent of 55,000 uniques per annum.
Active google Adwords and Overture ads running to build brand awareness for 4 months.
3,130,000 in google for ââ¬Ënew flatsââ¬â¢
Submitted to all major search engines awaiting spiders.

ClickTracks web statistics package,
Sale can be for domain name alone or can include all logos, email newsletters from NetAtlantic, membership of 200, and PR generated from the site (due to be included in trade magazine with circularisation of 20,000 in February).
