This may have been mentioned elsewhere but I haven't seen it yet if it has.
I emailed BulkRegister/Enom today asking for a discount on 100+ renewals.
This was their reply:

Recently, domain registries VeriSign, Afilias, and Public Interest Registry (PIR) notified all ICANN-accredited registrars that they will be raising their wholesale prices. As a consequence, eNom will be increasing your price by $0.50. This price increase will be effective Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at 12:01 AM (EST).
A list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) has been posted on our website about the revisions, as well as the specific TLD's to which the new pricing will apply.
