If I sell a domain for $100k at SEDO. How much will I get when all commissions and fees are deducted?

Are the fees 10% in commission + 5% in escrow fees?

Sedo keeps 10%. The remainder is sent to you. If it's via bank wire, your bank will keep a fee, usually $20 - $30.

What Escrow fee? Sedo's cut is 10% with some TLD's having specific minimums.
