Prices in my account change without notice

This is the second time special pricing in my account has changed without informing me about the change. This is really irritating when I go to register some names and notice pricing has changed. I email support and no response from them either. I will send ANOTHER email and see if I can get a response.

As each day goes by I start to think about moving the names out of there.
