PRICING DISCREPANCY BETWEEN BUSINESS REVENUE & THE UNDERLYING DOMAIN

There a number of screaming cases that don't make any financial sense.
Say, YP is a big biz.
British YP sold for http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pound_sign£3 B a few years ago.
InfoSUA is a public company & you can see their accounting. InfoUSA is $500 mil company.
WhitePages sold for a puny $18.3 mil
YP.com sold for $3.85 mil
wtf is going on?
