Just curious about your thoughts on this .net - Seems good to me! But I have been wrong before! About 13500 overture without ext.

I just saw in DNJournal BibleSchool.net just sold for $3,299 it only has an ovt score of 3007 and was only a pr 1 with 3 back links. private high school has over 4 times that ovt and with a little 1plus.net, in a few months it may be higher PR than that. Any thoughts on potential value?
