PrivateJet.com sold for $30 million dollars?

This sale smells fishy from miles away:
1. whois is protected.
2. current website runs on wordpress. They got $30 million to spend on a domain and don't have money to create your own platform like Condos.com
3. "Jet-Connect Charter Bid System" - Search for this on Google only lists their current PR


What do you think? is this sale legit?

It is 30 Million in cash and "STOCK"...Who is valuing the stock of this LLC? Usually you can just say the stock is worth whatever value you want to give it. The fact that they send out a press release about the sale makes it just seem like a publicity stunt to draw attention to a new website. It is definitely a good domain in a high dollar market, but 30 million just seems very fishy to me as well...
