For Sale Problem logging in Pool?

Anyone having problems logging into Pool? When I log in it just redirects me to Preferences section. If I click some where else, it just redirects me to Preferences section again. I contacted Pool about this last week ago, no reply.

Hello,

I had this problem..that means that pool has suspended your account because you have unpaid domains..you have to put the latest updated credit card and then email their support to go ahead and charge it..
