Hi,
i use uk registrars for my .co.uk domains & have been using godaddy for tlds. I like godaddy & have only ever had a couple of minor probs, & theyve been great. Regging is always perfect. However, got a domain pushed to registerfly so thought take a look. Couldn't believe how cheap .info regging was. Tried once, money refunded. I left it a few days after they admitted they had probs for regging! Tried again today & failed again. Are they always this useless? or should i keep trying. If they are this useless, who is really reliable, does free pushes & dirt cheap .info registrations????
Thanks so much
Predator

Registerfly is the "bottom of the barrel", don't use them.

They dont even get a place in the barrel !

I have had more trouble / been over charged etc so often its not funny ..

Now , when buying domains , if they are with regfly , i simply transfer out ...

They are utter shi:censored: at its worst

domainsite.com has 1.99 infos - decent operation there. There was a French registrar elb.com doing .25 cent ones a couple weeks back, and are 1.25 right now. BUT I ran into some problems with their cart after about 100 registrations - so use at your own risk. But they do have free pushes and all your standard dns stuff.

Thankyou very much chaps. Much appreciated. I'll get the refund from registerfly & try domainsite. Cheers, Predator :hungry:

Let us know if you are able to get your refund from Regfly. They are better known for losing the domains, while double billing you and then never answering support tickets etc etc. It's even scary trying to transfer out as they issue the wrong auth codes.

For those that don't know, or have forgotten. Regfly responded to the forums requests for answers to problems by our members with a "Frankly, we don't give a damn".

Try NameCheap. They are top for service and support plus good pricing. No one really anything to say about them.

Hi,
thanks fellas. I will stay very far away from registerfly. just have one domain there. they refunded the $2.99 into the account. i wont waste time trying to get back on card will use for renewal.
looked at namecheap, as have one or two domains there that were pushed. funnily enough i don't find their 'names cheap'!
looked at elb.com but wasn't obvious that you could 'push' internally & in their terms & conditions you have to give 30 days notice if not renewing. written! cheap .infos at $1.25 though!
plumped for domainsite at $1.99 a .info domain. alround best package. thanks for tips. cheers, Predator
