Hi all,

I own a branded product specific domain (.co.uk). It is a trademark of a market leader in the video game industry who I have tried to contact several times over the last few months.

However, I have had no reply to my e-mails or phone calls. It is a great domain and would be easy to SEO and develop into an affiliate site, however I am fully aware that any earnings generated would be down to the product specific domain.

Am I best to let this one go? Or would you recommend one last letter stipulating that unless I receive a response in x weeks, I will go ahead and develop on this domain. At least then I have a paper trail which I can use if it gets messy.

I would appreciate any thoughts on the matter, or anyone with similar experiences. Cheers!:)
