Hello everyone,

I’m looking to buy a .com domain along with an email hosting service to use as a professional email address for my domain marketing. I don’t need much storage space or the ability to send large attachments.

Ideally, I’d like an option that allows me to create multiple email addresses under one inbox — that would be great, but it’s not a must.

Thank you so much for your time and kind help — truly appreciated! 🌷

A friend of mine was looking for email hosting a month ago, I sent them these options:

- Google Workspace used to be $5 /mo, but looks like $7 /mo or $14 /mo now with some features like 2TB storage and NotebookLM
- ZohoMail $1 or $3 /mo paid annually
- Amazon WorkMail $4 /mo
- Outlook/Microsoft 365 $10.25 /mo paid annually with Microsoft Office
- iCloud Mail allows a custom domain starting at $0.99 /mo for 50GB storage

I believe they all allow receiving email from multiple aliases, which you can probably tag/categorize with filters, but most will likely charge more to have separate inbox logins

I have been using MailTrust from Rackspace for almost 2 decades. It is easy to manage including adding aliases, mailboxes. Webmail is decent. I pay $22 a month for 8 mailboxes across several domains I use for my business’s. Support is amazing and seems to be available 24/7/365
