Good Pick Nexcorp!

Realistic wholesale value $100-$350, which would be a good profit if you paid regg fee for it.

Good name. "Prohosting.com" might want to buy it. They've been around along time. I remember I use to use them many years ago when they offered free hosting like geocities did.

Nice naming. Direct marketing too the host industry/end buyer should prove fruitful.
Undeveloped, to a name reseller $125 max
Undeveloped to an end user/host provider $250 or more
Developed, with traffic.. $500 - $1500 (depending on traffic & revenue which is consistant/auto rebilled mthly)

GoodLuck

reseller $125 max? //Maybe in texas?
Developed, with traffic.. $500 - $1500 //remind me not to move to texas!
I wouldn't develop a site for less than 2K...let alone sell a name like prohost.com with it.

I can look out my window and about a mile away I see a big shiney building made of glass thats 5 stories high and has an MS like campus and park out front with the name HostPro in big neon letters.

They'd probably pay 5,000+ for the name with the right approach.

As hard as hosting names are to come by it wouldn't surprise me one iota.
How much better do they get?
ProHost, HostPro, Colo, the list goes on but the names get longer.

When I give valuations I try and make them close to what a reseller would pay. It takes a lot of work to make top-retail-dollar on a domain. Ands it's not that unusual for a domain to change hands multiple times before it reaches potential resell value.

This name is a few steps ahead of its PRV.

CoolHost is drooling in his sleep over this name! LOL:D

Good Luck!

I don't know how you will catching this one.
Seems to be already wishlisted.
Anyway, i don't believe that well-known company will paying such a price for this name, but it is just my thought. Even it is a good name. ProHosting has already his market devellopped around their identity, and their name. It is like trying to sell coca.com or cola.com to the coca-cola company. They didn't already paid for them even they are making millions dollars everyday.
So your luck will be someone that begin in the hosting business.
And above all, someone with money ;)
I appraise this babe, undevellopped, between 200-500 bucks.
I can be wrong, of course.
Anyway, good luck with it.

I guess what I'm saying is, since you are just NOW purchasing it ... THAT price might best reflect it's true, real-time value ... as considered best by the two people most affected, the seller, and YOU (the buyer). I was simply wondering if I was close in my valuation!?! Were any of us in the right range?
Geez. Now, I really want to know. LOL.
Good Luck.
