well, ovt, of 62 , and results in google for "property fraud" is around 26,000 .. So, imo, the demand for info on Property Fraud isn't so high at the moment, but im sure with real estate like it is, sooner or later it'll get a big burst of attention.. So, i'll keep it, and say its worth a potential $X,XXX , but quick sale, low $xxx
