Hello guys im selling www.proxysites.org, its a pr4 and has good google ranking. I had the site, just doing nothing, I looked and seen it had a fair bit of traffic. So I change the site a bit and sold 2 banner places (in header ($25), footer ($12) and one in the topsite listing ($16). I sold 2 footer text links ($5 each)
It makes around $150-200 a month, $118+ from adsense, has a very good CTR rate 4-5% avg.

I have made no attempt to improve these rankings, so a few link back with these keyword should do you well.
