Proxycatalog.com
This was originally a proxy topsite. I bought it and turned it into a bidding directory for people who own proxy sites. I sold a few links when I advertised, but didn't sell any links for the past several months, so it was just sitting there, and yesterday I parked it Sedo, just to see if it makes anything on clicks.
For approx 24 hours parked at Sedo, it showed 143 hits and 10 clicks for a total of $0.51.
Webalizer says in November it's averaged 195 UV a day, but one day it has been parked, so I'm just saying it gets 200+ per day. It gets search traffic from google and others. And it is a valid PR4, and all the inner pages had some PR.

Ok, I pointed it back to my server. You can buy it developed too, and I could get the script license transferred to you. Looks like all the inner pages have PR3.
