I doubt its worth much...maybe $100 at best.

Proxy sites require quite a bit of bandwidth and don't usually have a great gross margin. This site (with 50 uniques per day) shouldn't cost too much to host, but if its only making $5 per month it will be nearly impossible to turn a profit.
