Proxyto.us for sale! Urgently and full of Traffic see detail

I am going to add those stat report soon,

I am selling this due to my payment for the server, I can not pay for the server this time, and I have not got other extra server to host this website, and it is full of traffic.
I can not upgrade the server into a more powerful one, thus I have faced many times of power off due to the traffic. Because the server can not run for those people.

It is having google ads displayed, it generates about $40-50/ per month.

the site is www.proxyto.us

I am selling this to people who has their hosting plan or servers.

The site is going off if it is not sold out, I will push domain and I will give you the design and the script to you.

In addition, the site has been online since last year. Due to the traffic and my server, the site gets always offline, which is not good.

I am online, I want to sell this out within 24 hours if possible. Because I do not want it get offline by tomorrow as I do not pay for the server.
I want to get a price as getting paid for the time I spent and the design and change of the script for ads. It generates $40-50 from Adsense as well.

reply this ASAP!

Thank you, and best regards!

I have upgraded the servers for three times...
last year it was on VPS,
then I purchased a lower level dedicated server,
then in the April I have upgraded RAM again ..
I have lost lots of visitor data due to power off caused by the traffic ...

I wish someone who has a good server to run it
thanks

EDIT: dntraderz beat me to it
