Hey there. I have recently coded my own tutorial management system. Below is the specs of what it does.
Search tutorials
Admin backend - so you can accept and decline tutorials. And to be able to edit authors. and also delete and edit tutorials.
A submit form Allowing users to submit tutorials. with the following spec of the form below.
Title of tutorial
Link to the tutorials
Authors email
upload 40x40 icon with the tutorials ( It checks to make sure its 40 x 40 in size )
Description
Author name
On the index page it shows latest 10 tutorials
And below it random 5 tutorials.
All tutorials are monitored with a click count.
Also catogries. For example. Photoshop tutorials. PHP Tutorials . Cinema 4D tutorials. etc.. which you can add through backend admin.
A page with the newest submitted tutorials. listing the 10 newest.
And an option to view all tutorials submitted. with 10 tutorials per page.

Overall i am very happy with the script i have developed. It will come in handy for people that do not have much time to manage a site.
The sale comes with the domain name- the script and the current template it has with it now. You could put the script into your own design with a few alterations. nothing too hard to do.
